Magnesium participates in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, more than any other mineral and is vital for general well-being. It is essential for strong bones and teeth, a healthy nervous system, cardiovascular health, sleep, energy, mental health and well-being, muscle function, skin health and much more. Ancient Magnesium products contain a high concentration of ultra-pure natural magnesium chloride from the pristine Zechstein seabed, one of the most soluble of all magnesium compounds. It is used to produce magnesium oil, bath salts and lotions, which are used topically to achieve the highest possible absorption levels through the skin. OptiMSM®, the world’s purest MSM, is added across the ‘Ultra’ range to enhance magnesium uptake into the cells.
